TIME REQUIREMENTS
A valid receipt from a participating McDonald's restaurant is mandatory. Your receipt must display a visible 7-digit survey code located either at the top or bottom of the slip.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Survey eligibility is restricted to legal residents, and employees of McDonald's and their immediate families are excluded.
The survey must be completed within 7 days of the transaction. The resulting validation code is valid for 30 days and can only be redeemed at the specific restaurant where the purchase was made.
